(Important: Services of e-Visa are completely online and no facilitation is required by any intermediary / Embassy / High Commission / travel agents etc., in other words, HCI Gaborone Visa Office has no say in the grant of e-Visa as the process is between the applicant and the authorities in India)

FOUR STEP E-VISA APPLICATION PROCESS
Step # 1
Apply online (Upload Photo and Passport Page)
Step # 2
Pay eVisa fee online (Credit/Debit card/Payment Wallet)
Step # 3
Receive ETA Online (Electronic Travel Authorization/ETA will be sent to your e-mail)
Step # 4
Fly To India (Print ETA and present at Immigration Check Post where eVisa will be stamped on passport)

eVisa for India is admissible only under the following categories:
e-Tourist Visa e-Business Visa e-Emergency X-Misc Visa
e-Conference Visa e-Medical Visa e-Medical Attendant Visa
ADVISORIES
If the applicant is unable to complete his/her e-visa application form, he/she may save the application and may return to complete the application form by clicking the relevant tab at the bottom of above-mentioned webpage.
After the eVisa application is submitted, the same shall be scrutinized and if any Document/Image is not appropriate, the applicant may be advised on the given e-mail address to re-upload the same. Applicant should normally receive this mail within 24 hours.

Government of India makes no provision of charging of any emergency fees or additional fees for grant of any emergency / express e-visa.
